INVEST IN TEXAS.

Build a part of your wealth in the world's strongest economy.

We help you diversify your portfolio,
build dollar-based assets, and invest with strategy and a local presence.

WHY TEXAS?

Because building wealth also means choosing the right place to invest.
OUR WORK IS NOT SIMPLY ABOUT SELLING REAL ESTATE IN TEXAS. IT’S ABOUT USING REAL ESTATE AS A STRATEGY FOR INVESTING IN U.S. DOLLARS, GENERATING INCOME, AND PURSUING OPPORTUNITIES FOR LONG-TERM APPRECIATION.
Texas is one of the most dynamic markets in the United States for those looking to build wealth in U.S. dollars.
With a strong and diversified economy, continued population growth, the presence and expansion of major companies and industries, modern infrastructure, and housing demand, Texas offers important advantages for those seeking to diversify their investments and build wealth with a medium- to long-term perspective.

Texas is about much more than cowboys, ranches, and oil. Tradition and innovation come together in a state with one of the most diversified economies in the United States, with major industries spanning oil and energy, technology, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, construction, and services, as well as tourism and a growing wine industry.
With a GDP of approximately $2.9 trillion, Texas has an economy that, if it were a country, would rank among the world’s 10 largest economies. In 2026, Texas became the No. 1 state in the nation for Fortune 500 headquarters, with 57 companies headquartered in Texas, compared with 56 in California and 53 in New York. Together, these 57 Texas-based companies generate approximately $2.8 trillion in revenue.
This economic environment continues to attract companies, investment, and new residents. That momentum is being reinforced by major new investments in technology, semiconductors, energy, advanced manufacturing, and artificial intelligence. Among the recently announced projects is SpaceX’s Terafab in Grimes County, whose first phase is expected to involve more than $16.8 billion in investment and create approximately 3,000 new jobs.
The arrival and expansion of businesses contribute to job creation, the growth of communities, and the development of infrastructure, schools, hospitals, retail centers, and services. Together, these factors can also support housing demand across different areas of the state.
But making a sound investment involves more than choosing a growing market. Location, investment goals, budget, income potential, associated costs, and medium- to long-term strategy all need to be considered.
For investors, owning a property in the United States can offer more than just real estate ownership. When purchased as a rental property, it generates rental income in U.S. dollars while keeping the invested capital in a dollar-based asset. In addition to the rental income generated over time, the property may also appreciate in value, creatingan opportunity for additional gains when it is sold in the future.
For investors looking to diversify their assets and hold a portion of their wealth in U.S. dollars, Texas real estate can be an option worth considering as part of a well-planned investment strategy.

That’s where we come in: understanding each investor’s goals and identifying opportunities that align withtheir profile and investment strategy.

WHY THE DALLAS–FORT WORTH AREA?
ONE OF THE FASTEST-GROWING METROPOLITAN AREAS IN THE UNITED STATES.

Dallas–Fort Worth combines strong economic growth, business expansion, modern infrastructure, universities, hospitals, and global connectivity, along with continued population growth.
The region’s strong business environment reflects Texas’ growing economic prominence. Dallas–Fort Worth is home to some of the largest companies in the United States and has established itself as a major corporate, financial, technology, logistics, and industrial hub, attracting companies, investment, and professionals from across the country and around the world.
Together, these factors strengthen the regional economy and create an environment of opportunity for investors looking to diversify their assets, build wealth in U.S. dollars, and invest with a medium- to long-term perspective.
Dallas–Fort Worth is one of the most dynamic metropolitan areas in the United States. Its growth extends well beyond the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth into surrounding communities, driven by the arrival and expansion of businesses, new residents, investment, and infrastructure projects.
Cities such as Celina, Prosper, Frisco, McKinney, Melissa, Anna, Sherman, Denton, Rockwall, and Kaufman, among others, are at different stages of development. Some already have well-established markets, while others are experiencing varying levels of growth and development. These differences should be carefully evaluated based on each investor’s profile and strategy.
The region is also home to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, a major domestic and international transportation hub that strengthens DFW’s position as a center for business, logistics, and tourism.
Beyond its strong business environment, the region offers access to universities, hospitals, shopping, dining, entertainment, and tourism. Cities such as Grapevine and McKinney also offer their own distinctive character, with historic downtown areas, festivals, dining, and wine- and tourism-related activities.
Each city, neighborhood, and property should be evaluated based on the investor’s goals, budget, and investment strategy.

That is where our local knowledge makes a difference: understanding these distinctions and identifying opportunities that make sense for each investor, rather than simply offering a property for sale.

INVESTING IN THE UNITED STATES CAN BE A WAY TO DIVERSIFY YOUR PORTFOLIO, BUILD U.S. DOLLAR- DENOMINATED ASSETS, AND CREATE NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE FUTURE.

DIFFERENT INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

DIFFERENT GOALS. DIFFERENT WAYS TO INVEST. DIFFERENT POSSIBILITIES FOR THE FUTURE.

Every investor has different goals. That’s why we look for opportunities that align with each client’s available capital, profile, and investment strategy.

Investing in the United States can be a way to diversify your portfolio, build U.S. dollar-denominated assets, and create new opportunities for the future.

Every investor has different goals. That’s why we look for opportunities that align with each client’s available capital, investment profile, objectives, and strategy.
Investments can be made individually or, depending on the chosen strategy and appropriate legal structure, jointly with family members, friends, or other investors, creating additional opportunities to build wealth in the world’s largest economy.

Investment possibilities include:
          • Building and diversifying wealth in U.S. dollars
          • Generating rental income
          • Supplementing income and planning for retirement
          • Owning a second home in the United States
          • Purchasing properties for renovation and future resale
          • Land and properties with development potential
          • Investments with potential for medium- to long-term appreciation

A sound investment starts with a clear objective. Location, investment amount, property condition, preparation costs, rental demand, and exit strategy are all factors that should be evaluated together.
We also work with a network of trusted professionals and service providers who can assist with painting, repairs, renovations, and property preparation when needed.
Our role is to help you evaluate the available options and identify opportunities that align with your profile, budget, and investment goals.

Our work is not simply about selling real estate in Texas. It is about using real estate as a tool to build and diversify wealth.

HOW IT WORKS FOR INTERNATIONAL INVESTORS

Distance doesn’t have to be a barrier to investing in Texas. We make the process clearer and more organized by connecting you with the right professionals and providing local support.

Investing in the United States requires planning, guidance, and local support. Our role is to make the process clearer and more organized by connecting you with the right professionals and providing assistance in Texas throughout the entire process and beyond. You will have local support every step of the way.

     How We Support You:
          • We take the time to understand your goals and the amount of capital you have available to invest
          • We identify opportunities aligned with your investor profile
          • We guide you through the negotiation and closing process
          • We connect you with qualified professionals for legal, tax, documentation requirements, and financial matters
          • We provide ongoing investment support
         • We coordinate support for property preparation and maintenance, as well as rental-related needs or a future resale

International investors can purchase real estate in Texas, but each situation should be evaluated individually with regard to documentation, legal structure, taxation, and the transfer of funds.
Real estate closings typically involve a title company, which handles the title and escrow process. Matters such as international fund transfers, taxes, ITIN requirements, legal structure, financing, and rental income should be reviewed with qualified professionals based on each investor’s individual circumstances.

Our role is to help coordinate the process, connect you with the appropriate professionals, and provide local, on-the-ground support so that even if you live in another country, you have someone here to assist you every step of the way.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to live in the United States to invest in Texas?
No. International investors can purchase real estate in the United States. Our role includes providing local support and connecting you with the appropriate professionals throughout the process.

Can I invest with other people?
Yes. Depending on the investment strategy and legal structure selected, family members, friends, or other investors may invest together to pursue opportunities that align with their goals.

How are funds transferred for the investment?
Investment funds are not sent to us. Transfers are made through a bank or other financial institution that handles foreign exchange and international money transfers, and the funds are sent directly to the account designated by the title company handling the closing. This keeps the transfer separate from our services and ensures that the funds move directly through the institutions involved in the transaction.

Do you continue to provide support after the investment is made?
Yes. This is one of the key aspects of our service. We can coordinate property preparation, maintenance, repairs, vendors, organization, and other operational needs related to the property.

Can I invest in a property with the goal of generating rental income?
Yes, depending on the property, location, and applicable rules and regulations. We consider this objective from the beginning so that the property search can be aligned with your intended investment strategy.

What if I decide to sell the property in the future?
Carla can handle the real estate resale process, while Chris can coordinate the preparation of the property for the market.

WE GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS AND CONTINUE TO SUPPORT YOU OVER TIME.

Our work goes beyond finding an opportunity. We guide you throughout the entire process and continue to support you throughout your investment.

OUR WORK GOES BEYOND FINDING AN OPPORTUNITY. WE GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND CONTINUE TO SUPPORT YOU OVER TIME.

Carla manages the entire real estate process within her role as a REALTOR®: property research, selection, showings, negotiation, documentation, and closing. If the client decides to sell in the future, she can also prepare the property for the market and manage the resale process.
Chris provides client support and coordinates the operational aspects of the investment, including, when needed, painting, installations, repairs, decorating, cleaning, vendor coordination, and other investment-related needs.

The idea is simple: you shouldn’t have to invest in Texas and then figure out on your own how to manage your investment. You have two local professionals here to support you and help take care of your investment.

ONGOING INVESTMENT SUPPORT

We continue to support your investment over time. Our local presence allows us to address operational needs and help keep your investment aligned with your goals.

Making a real estate investment is only the beginning. Keeping the property well maintained, functional, and aligned with its intended purpose requires local support—especially when the owner lives in another state or country.
For properties intended for personal use, long-term rental, or short-term rental, we provide local support with property preparation, organization, and ongoing operational needs.

We can coordinate:
     • Maintenance and repairs
     • Painting and installations
     • Vendors and service providers
     • Property preparation and decorating
     • Cleaning services
     • Rental preparation
     • Ongoing operational support

For long-term residential rentals, we can coordinate property preparation and operational needs related to its upkeep and maintenance.
For short-term rentals, when permitted and appropriate for the property, support may include property preparation and decorating, coordination of cleaning services, check-in and check-out, operational assistance for guests, restocking, and maintenance coordination.
Each city, condominium community, or homeowners association may have its own rules governing short-term rentals. Before selecting a property for this purpose, it is important to verify the rules and restrictions that apply to both the location and the property.

Our goal is to provide a trusted local presence so your property remains well cared for and your investment continues to receive local support, even when you live outside the United States.
